All prices quoted on the website ‘hotelbotticelli.com’ and all printed publications and advertisements of HEPE B.V. are exclusive of accommodation tax and any surcharges.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation conditions differ per booking. We apply our own cancellation conditions. Your room reservation is guaranteed until 6pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, we advise you to inform the hotel reception in time. Cancellations must always be confirmed to us in writing (by e-mail) or via your login account of our online booking system. * the reservation value = confirmed price multiplied by the number of nights reserved.

Additional conditions and house rules

  • Instructions from hotel staff must be followed at all times. The entire hotel, consisting of rooms, facilities and grounds, is non-smoking. If we find that people are still smoking, we are obliged to charge a fee. The charge will be €500. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the room, we will pass on the fire brigade's call-out charges. Wood or electric barbecues or open fires are not permitted on the hotel grounds.
  • The hotel is pet-free. 
  • It is not allowed to stay in the room with unregistered persons. Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the hotel management. 
  • There must be silence in and around the hotel between 22:00-08:00. 
  • Camera surveillance is present in and around the hotel to ensure security. Anyone in the hotel consents to recordings being made. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings may be shown to the authorities as supporting material. The hotel has the right to take photographs and videos in and around the hotel for marketing purposes (including publication and/or display on the internet). Any person in the hotel consents to the taking of pictures and publication, even if he/she is (partially) recognisable in them. 
  • When checking in at the hotel, a valid ID may be requested.
  • Check-in time is between 15:00-20:00, and check-out time is until 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • In all cases not provided for in the general and additional conditions and/or house rules, the hotel management will decide.
